Instructions
In a blender, combine the yogurt, water (or milk), and your choice of sweetener or salt. Blend until smooth and frothy.
If making a sweet version, add fruits, vanilla, or spices. If going savory, toss in fresh mint or cumin. Blend again until well incorporated.
Pour into a chilled glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For extra creaminess, use full-fat yogurt. If using fruit, freeze it beforehand for a thicker, smoothie-like texture.
