Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut bread into star shapes using a cookie cutter or slice into strips or triangles. Arrange on the baking sheet.
Mix olive oil, rosemary, oregano, and salt in a small bowl.
Brush both sides of the bread pieces with the oil mixture.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Let cool before serving.
Notes
Customize with garlic powder, chili flakes, or cinnamon sugar for a sweet version. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
