Ingredients
  

Juice Base

  • 4 passion fruits ripe, wrinkled skin
  • 2 cups water adjust as needed
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey optional, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice optional, enhances tanginess
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions
 

  • Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
  • Blend the pulp with water for a few seconds, then strain to remove the seeds. Alternatively, mix the pulp with water and strain or serve with seeds for texture.
  • Add sugar, honey, or lemon juice if desired. Stir well until everything is dissolved.
  • Pour the juice over ice cubes, garnish with a slice of lemon or mint, and enjoy!

Notes

Choose ripe passion fruits with wrinkled skin for the best flavor. You can store the juice in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze it in ice cube trays for longer storage.
