Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 800 g boneless chicken thighs or chicken tenders
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or canola oil or vegetable oil

Honey Butter Sauce

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in the mixture and coat evenly.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in honey and soy sauce. Let simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  • Return chicken to the skillet and toss in the sauce until well coated and heated through. Serve immediately.

Notes

This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet for best results. Great with rice, noodles, or roasted veggies!
