Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cotton candy lightly torn into pieces
  • 1/2 cup gummy bears or gummy worms chopped if large
  • pink or blue food coloring optional
  • whipped cream optional for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the base of mini muffin cups or silicone molds. Chill while preparing filling.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Mix until creamy. Add food coloring if using.
  • Gently fold in torn cotton candy and gummy candies. Spoon mixture over crusts and smooth tops.
  • Chill cheesecakes for at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream or extra gummy candies before serving.

Notes

For best results, use soft gummies and top with cotton candy right before serving to avoid melting.
