Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Oreos Crushed into fine crumbs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 ounces Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix 3.4-ounce boxes
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Easter candy decorations Peeps, candy eggs, edible grass

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and smashing with a rolling pin.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, softened butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until thick. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth.
  • Spread half of the crushed Oreos into the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Pour the pudding mixture over the Oreo layer, then top with remaining crushed Oreos.
  • Decorate with Peeps, edible grass, and candy Easter eggs. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a keto-friendly version, swap Oreos for sugar-free cookies and use sugar-free pudding mix.
