Instructions
Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and smashing with a rolling pin.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, softened butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until thick. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth.
Spread half of the crushed Oreos into the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
Pour the pudding mixture over the Oreo layer, then top with remaining crushed Oreos.
Decorate with Peeps, edible grass, and candy Easter eggs. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a keto-friendly version, swap Oreos for sugar-free cookies and use sugar-free pudding mix.
