Ingredients
  

Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp nuts walnuts, almonds, or pecans
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup frozen berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup spinach or kale
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp almonds or walnuts

Avocado Toast

  • 1 slice whole grain Ezekiel bread
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 3 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Sweet Potato Hash

  • 1 cup sweet potatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup black beans

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, chia seeds, and almond milk in a jar. Stir well.
  • Add banana slices, nuts, and cinnamon. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Blend frozen berries, banana, spinach, and almond milk until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds, flaxseeds, and nuts.
  • Toast Ezekiel bread until crispy.
  • Mash avocado, then spread on toast with cherry tomatoes, sea salt, and lemon juice.
  • Heat olive oil, sauté garlic, then add sweet potatoes.
  • Stir occasionally and cook until tender, then add beans and spinach.
