Creamy Greek Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill finely minced
  • 1 tbsp chives or green onion finely minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley finely minced, optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp water as needed for consistency

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Add the nutritional yeast (if using), fresh dill, chives or green onion, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Slowly stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of water until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
  • Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to let flavors meld, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

This dressing tastes even better after chilling. Use it on salads, wraps, veggies, or as a marinade. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
