Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cooking until soft.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  • Gradually whisk in seafood stock and white wine, simmering for 5 minutes.
  • Add heavy cream, Old Bay, and paprika, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until pink.
  • Gently fold in crab meat, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
