Cold foam takes any iced coffee to the next level with its creamy, frothy, slightly sweet perfection. And the best part? You can make it at home in minutes!

Ingredients
  

Cold Foam Base

  • 1/2 cup skim milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt to enhance flavor

Instructions
 

  • Pour the cold skim milk into a frothing pitcher or mason jar.
  • Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  • Use a milk frother to whip the mixture until thick and foamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  • If using a mason jar, shake it vigorously for 60 seconds instead.
  • Spoon the cold foam over your iced coffee or cold brew and enjoy!

Notes

For a flavored twist, try adding a dash of cinnamon or caramel syrup to the mix!
