Cold Foam Base

maple syrup

Instructions
Pour the cold skim milk into a frothing pitcher or mason jar.
Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
Use a milk frother to whip the mixture until thick and foamy, about 30-60 seconds.
If using a mason jar, shake it vigorously for 60 seconds instead.
Spoon the cold foam over your iced coffee or cold brew and enjoy!
Notes
For a flavored twist, try adding a dash of cinnamon or caramel syrup to the mix!
