  • Egg Jello Molds

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil for greasing molds
  • 1 box jello (any flavor) 6 ounces
  • 1 tbsp plain gelatin or 1 packet
  • 1 cup boiling water to dissolve jello and gelatin
  • 1 cup vodka or flavored vodka for extra taste

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease egg jello molds with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  • In a bowl, mix the jello powder and plain gelatin together.
  • Add boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Pour in vodka and mix well.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared egg molds.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  • Gently remove the jello eggs from the molds and serve chilled.

Notes

For extra flavor, try using flavored vodka like citrus or berry. If you don’t have egg jello molds, you can use silicone molds or small cups.
