Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate bite-sized treat—juicy beef and melted cheese wrapped in buttery dough, baked to golden perfection, and brushed with savory garlic Parmesan butter. Perfect for parties, snacks, or weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

½ onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 (16.3 oz) tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp sesame seeds

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Beef: Sauté ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is soft (7-10 minutes). Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Drain excess grease.

Add Flavor: Remove from heat, then stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and cooked bacon.

Assemble the Bombs: Roll out each biscuit to ¼-inch thick. Divide the beef mixture and cheese among the biscuits. Pinch edges to seal into a ball and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Bake: Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Garlic Parmesan Finish: While warm, brush bombs with melted butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.

Serve & Enjoy: Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or spicy mayo!

Notes

Cheese Options: Swap cheddar for mozzarella, gouda, or pepper jack.

Make Ahead: Assemble bombs and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking.

Freezing Instructions: Freeze unbaked bombs and bake directly from frozen, adding 3-5 extra minutes.
